Membership Requirements

Residential Members

Membership open to Grenadian citizens and Caricom nationals by: birth, marriage, naturalization or decent.

Start up cost: EC $220.00 – $200.00 for the purchase of 10 equity shares and EC $20.00 entrance fee

APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR IN PERSON to activate the account.

  1. Application form – completed and signed.
  2. Nomination form – completed and signed.
  3. Two pieces of I.D. accepted; Passport, State I.D, Driver’s License (ID’s must be a valid colour copy).
  4. Proof of address – You could use a Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Hire Purchase A/C Statement, Lease Agreement.
  5. A Signed Job Letter/Contract or Salary Slip– must be signed.
  6. If Self-Employed – A copy of your Original Business Registration Certificate and application for registration

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE MAILED/HAND DELIVERED TO Ariza to activate your account.

Business Accounts

Required Documents

  1. Application form – completed and signed by the signatories. (available at the office)
  2. A letter from your directors – making a request to activate a non-member account. The letter should state;
    • The date of the meeting at which the decision was taken.
    • The names of the signatories.
    • The purpose of the account e.g. transactions (savings) or investments (fixed deposits) or both.
    • How the account would be funded (savings) e.g. contribution/donation/fundraising etc.
    • Withdrawal procedure. e.g. letter from the board or trustees appearing in person/ number of signatures etc.
    • Any two of the following ID’s are accepted for all signatories – Passport, Drivers’ License, Voter’s Registration ID (must be valid), National I.D. & N.I.S. card and proof of address in their name.
    • A copy of your article of incorporation or company registration.

Overseas Applications 

  1. ID’s of the Signatories (must be a Colour copy)

Non-resident Members

  2. Nomination form – completed, signed and notarized
  3. Your passport – coloured copy
  4. Another picture I.D. – e.g. a driver’s license or state I.D. – coloured copy
  5. Proof of address – You could use a utility bill, bank statement or hire purchase a/c statement.
  6. A Job letter /Salary Slip – must be signed.
  7. EC $220.00 ($200.00 for the purchase of 10 equity shares and EC $20.00 entrance fee

Non-profit Organization

Required Douments

  1. Application form – completed and signed by the signatories
