Ariza seeks to continuously adapt to the changing needs of our members and the increasing demands to serve you better. As a result, in May 2018 we are upgrading our core accounting software in order to achieve higher levels of efficiency and service.

This new software will allow you greater flexibility with account options and facilitate real time access and reduce transaction processing times.
The new core software is an open database platform called Sharetec which provides a good platform for expansion to adapt to the diverse needs of Ariza’s Growing Membership. Its user friendly interface makes it easier for ambassadors and representatives to view and interact with your account information which will encourage timely service.
The software allows for the opt in AMIE (Ariza Mobile & Internet Experience) account access to be finally available in live mode, which provides even more access to Ariza members for account information, updates and alerts. The availability of electronic statements and other seamless e-Notices and communications is plus for both members and the Credit Union alike.
